Diane enjoys helping the various HVS studios "tie it all together" by being profitable, being creative, being efficient and having fun doing it. When it comes to the ins and outs of running a successful studio, Diane has no peer, having successfully run her own Home Video Studio in Elk River, MN for 7 years.
Diane came to Home Video Studio from the Retail Sales/Management field and her executive and business skills are only matched by her creativity, as evidenced by the numerous Hanley Awards she has won, including, Best Short Video, Best Use of Music, Best Documentary and Best Use of Special Effects. Diane is also a former Studio Owner of the Year.
"I am truly excited to be in this position," says Osterbur, " I love to teach and share, and now have the opportunity to show others how to tap into this as well!"
Besides being a great businesswoman Diane is a great wife and mom, having been married to her husband Dan for nearly thirty years. She is also mother to three children, Scott, Erika, Russell
