Training and support are so important in any business -- especially in the video business. Home Video Studio now has two webinars a month for Franchisees -- HVS AfterDARK. We cover sales and marketing one week and then something technical (Final Cut Pro, etc.) the next time. Our goal is to have at least two webinars a month for studio owners. These are in addition to our Monday and Friday conference calls.
