Are your ducks in a row? It's an old saying. There are many possible origins. I use to run the "Ducks" carnival game at the Veedersburg Old Settlers street fair back in the day. I was 9 or 10. I learned early on that having your "ducks in a row" wasn't a necessarily a good thing. My theory is that successful people get going on their journey quickly and organize their “ducks” on the road (so to speak). The opposite is endless preparation and research which perhaps leads to a stale life and no journey.
